Sales Engineer -Qualification Responsibilities
- In-depth INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION market knowledge.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads
- Generating business from existing customers and developing new customer/area mapping. Generate lead, analyse, identify, and understand the client’s requirements.
- Develop a prospect list for sales opportunities. Maintain an active funnel to satisfy sales target.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, follow-ups with vendors/customers, and crack deals.
- Customer support & service, total customer satisfaction.
- Find and maintain prospective clients - provide general technical support to clients
- Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management, along with Weekly review and Planning with travel visit plan
- Responsible to execute & perform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
- To foster sales revenue by offering Automation one step solutions to potential customers End-User & OEM business and segments for Water ,Oil & Gas ,Power ,Life science Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure and OEM (Special purpose machine) segment.
- Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
- To maintain healthy relationships & sales with the existing customers in the assigned region.
- Co-ordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the organization (Ketol Pvt Ltd) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations.
- Develop & maintain good network & relationship with End-Users & OEMS.
- Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
- Competent to handle product demo and Technical queries for customers.
- Good knowledge in Industrial Automation Product like PLC, Drives, DCS, SCADA, HMI etc., Marketing, and good communication skills. Job Profile Responsible for meeting sales & delivery targets. Develop comprehensive marketing sales plans.
- Customer Engagements Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyse & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visit. Offer Preparation, submission & follow-up.
- Payment Follow-up.
- Close liaison/coordination/interaction with all Business Heads/HODs & higher hierarchy of the Company.
Sales Engineer Job Requirements
- E (in any stream) or equivalent Diploma .
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience of industrial automation sales.
- Knowledge & Offering solutions/products in line with the application. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Instrumentation SERVO MOTORS DRIVES, and CONTROL PANEL DCS ,Servos, Sensors, Safety, Vision,SPM,Reporting .
- Cloud ,Edge ,Robotics product experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience to handle consultant & EPC in Water/Solar/Metro/Railway/Smart City
- Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
- Effective in communicating with clients/customers/vendors.
