Responsibilities
> Own and achieve/ exceed annual sales targets of the company.
> Develop and implement sales strategy to grow company business
> Develop and maintain key client relationships country-wise
> Recruit and develop sales professionals (as per Co. requirement)
> Work closely with marketing team for lead generation and conversion
> Develop and utilize presentations and other business collaterals for effective business development
Qualification
Graduate or Post Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in B2B Sales for Training/L&D/E-learning companies or HR Solutions for Corporates
