We are looking for ‘Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager’, who aspires to take a challenging assignment of independently Developing the market of Dyes, Cosmetics, Paints

Job Responsibilities:

• Set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of sales team
• Sales Forecast, Technical Presentation, Seminar, CRM Update, 
• Handle minimum 80 customers
  Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Analyze sales statistics
  • Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
  • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
  • Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff

Key skill:
Good spoken / written communications skills and willingness to travel across India are essential.

Experience:
5-6 years

Job Location: Navi Mumbai- Belapur

Qualification: BE / B. Tech - Chemicals, B. Sc. (Chem) or Diploma in Chem. Engineering
