Responsibilities

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

Calender Management

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Organizing events and conferences.

Compiling and preparing reports, presentations,MIS

Managing databases and filing systems.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients etc.

Tasks to support.

Ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

 Requisite Skills:

Successful previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary.

Upto 5years experience.

Good communication skills both verbal & written.

Candidate should be Good Looking.

Excellent in Event Planning  and Managing.

Should have experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Planning.
