As a part of three decades old business Group, Furmats, having operations in multi zones in India, primarily engaged in distribution of finest of Refractories, Thermal Insulation (Ceramic Fibre/ Calcium Silicate/ Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc, and proud representations of World Leading product manufacturing facilities, we invite following candidatures in Admin Depatment.

1. Manager – Office Coordination/ Admin:

For long term association, we are looking for self-motivated, zealous administration personnel in with following key skills/ proficiencies/ requirements:

Job Description :

1)   4 – 10 Experience in supporting/coordinating with various departments including Sales/marketing teams, Accounts, IT divisions and other related concerns including Vendors, Customers

2)   Having experience/capability in team management, team recruitment and team building, and team leading apart from abilities of initiative taking, supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth

3)   Having good skills towards getting the resources managed for smooth functioning of the company

4)   Having experience towards purchase/materials management along with good knowledge for new vendors development in routine, continuous administration support, supporting travelling and bookings for companies staff, supporting HR management, supporting activities aimed at bringing overall costs down along with smooth functioning of all departments by supporting with full coordination, both within the company and with outside parties

5)     To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company

6)     Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi

7)  Having Good knowledge of computers, specially Excel for data mapping, reporting, various team’s performance appraisal, routine report generation, data analysis for growth of organisation and business enhancement

8)     Post Graduation and Graduation preferably from Commerce / Mathematics Background

9)     Joining  on immediate basis for reporting in North India HO in Delhi
