Sales Engineer -Qualification Responsibilities In-depth  INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION  market knowledge. Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations Partner with the sales team to generate leads Generating business from existing customers and developing new customer/area mapping. Generate lead, analyse, identify, and understand the client’s requirements. Develop a prospect list for sales opportunities. Maintain an active funnel to satisfy sales target. Prepare techno-commercial offers, follow-ups with vendors/customers, and crack deals. Customer support & service, total customer satisfaction. Find and maintain prospective clients - provide general technical support to clients Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management, along with Weekly review and Planning with travel visit plan Responsible to execute & perform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast. To foster sales revenue by offering Automation  one step solutions to potential customers End-User & OEM business and segments for Water ,Oil & Gas ,Power ,Life science Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure and OEM (Special purpose machine) segment. Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans. To maintain healthy relationships & sales with the existing customers in the assigned region. Co-ordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the organization (Ketol Pvt Ltd) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations. Develop & maintain good network & relationship with End-Users & OEMS. Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments. Competent to handle product demo and Technical queries for customers. Good knowledge in Industrial Automation Product like PLC, Drives, DCS, SCADA, HMI etc., Marketing, and good communication skills. Job Profile Responsible for meeting sales & delivery targets. Develop comprehensive marketing sales plans. Customer Engagements Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyse & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visit. Offer Preparation, submission & follow-up. Payment Follow-up. Close liaison/coordination/interaction with all Business Heads/HODs & higher hierarchy of the Company. Sales Engineer Job Requirements E (in any stream) or equivalent Diploma . 1 to 3 years of prior experience of industrial automation sales. Knowledge & Offering solutions/products in line with the application. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Instrumentation SERVO MOTORS DRIVES, and CONTROL PANEL DCS ,Servos, Sensors, Safety, Vision,SPM,Reporting . Cloud ,Edge ,Robotics product experience would be an added advantage. Experience to handle consultant & EPC in Water/Solar/Metro/Railway/Smart City Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details. Effective in communicating with clients/customers/vendors.

Knowledge of PLC and SCADA products is a must. Knowledge of programming languages like Ladder, FBD, Structured text etc. is an essential quality. Hand-on experience with working of different Automation brands is a must. Candidate should have enough exposure with Siemens ,Schneider ,Wonderware ,ABB , Allen Bradley, Wago, Rockwell Software, Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens Step 7, Siemens WinCC, Delta DOP-Soft, etc. Experience of Hardware designing of Automation software and appropriate selection of PLC’s, memory calculation, datalogging, SQL management, Report Generation etc. are preferred. Applicant should have sound knowledge of designing of Control Panels, MCC Panels, Automation Panels, etc. Applicant should know electrical concepts for Power and Control wiring, Electrical Drawings etc. Should be independently able to create documents such as IO List, Bill of Materials, GA Drawings, Cable Scheduling etc. Testing and Fault finding of control panel, PLC logic, SCADA development is an essential quality. Knowledge of DCS, Instrumentation, Sensors and its selections, valves, field devices selections, networking, AutoCAD, E-plan etc. will be an added advantage.   Automation Engineer Responsibilities and Duties: To work as Project owners and generate detailed documentation for Turn-Key projects that include IO List, Electrical and Fabrication drawings, GA Drawings, Wiring drawings, Cable Schedules, Bill of Materials, User Manuals, Operation Specification sheets, programming sequences etc. Development of PLC, HMI, SCADA projects as discussed with project owners efficiently and in the minimum possible time. Co-ordination with customer and conducting Hardware and Software FAT for projects developed. Lead automation-based projects and conduct necessary tasks to complete the project with maximum efficiency. Testing of Control Panels for improper wiring/cabling etc. IO Testing, assisting in FAT/SAT, IO testing at Customer’s location etc. Commissioning developed automation software with on-site trials.  Installation of panels, supervision of cable laying, testing of automation software, testing of developed reports, modifications required in developed software etc. Any other tasks assigned by their respective managers.
