Job Summary: Role requires the candidate to expand the market, create a strong network for the company and drive sales towards target taking his team along. Salary: ₹14,000.00 to ₹18,000.00 /month Experience: Sales: 2 years (Required) work: 2 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Licence: Two wheeler (Preferred) Language: Marathi, Hindi and English (Required) Responsibilities and Duties: Design and execute sales strategies, plans and procedures. Oversee sales of the company and the work of executives. Lead executives/partners to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Write and submit daily reports to the Operations Head in all matters. Lead in expansion activities- Channels/partners addition, Vendor addition. Manage relationships with partners/vendors. Ensure effective execution of brand communication for relevant channels to drive brand Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Minimum work experience in Pune market for 1-2 Years is mandatory.
